Fresh organic garlic scapes are ready in early to mid June. This delicious green stem from the garlic flower tastes like a garlic flavored chive and has the texture and crunchiness of asparagus. It's whimsical curl adds visual appeal to any dish; it can be used with almost any dish you would use onions or garlic with. Our favourite is just olive oil, salt, pepper, and on the BBQ!
